We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead who will serve dual roles as a hands-on technical leader and solution architect. This individual will guide our Salesforce development team while designing enterprise-level solutions that align with business objectives and technical best practices.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture documents, data models, and integration designs

• Hands-on development of complex Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using DevOps tools

• Collaborate with stakeholders to present technical concepts and coordinate cross-platform initiatives

• Define security models, sharing rules, data governance strategies and troubleshoot production issues to optimize platform performance

• Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce products and third-party solutions for enterprise requirements

  
  

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in technical lead or architect role

• Active Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II, Application Architect or System Architect (Technical Architect preferred)

• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs

• Strong experience with integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC)

• Proficiency with DevOps tools, version control systems (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Knowledge of middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) and enterprise integration patterns

• Exposure to AI development tools - required for our AI-first approach

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to present technical strategies to stakeholders and mentor technical talent in ambiguous situations

• Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes for complex enterprise data transformations

• Understanding of JavaScript frameworks and modern web development with familiarity in CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Field Service
