  • Source Code Data: We have access to your source code which we interpret, analyze and auto-commit the suggestions in line with business objectives as defined in our respective MSAs, using custom or standard GenAI models.
  • Location Data: We may collect location data such as information about your device's location, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. However, if you choose to opt out, your product usage experience may be impaired.
  • Payment Processing: We may use direct bank transfer and digital invoices. We may also use Platforms like Stripe for Payment Processing, analytics and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection.   • Authentication: Additionally, you may provide personal information to us to facilitate your access to and interaction with a third-party provider, such as OAuth to verify your identity and access the services like your source code. If you direct us to provide personal information to such Providers, any usage of that information will be subject to the agreement(s) in place between you and such Provider.
