Bringing teaching and instruction partners on board for the start of an academic year means a peak enrolment season: a few months of contracts, every year. Each was drafted and verified manually — two to three hours apiece, spent on the specific terms, the background checks, and document verification.

Clearing the batch was slow, verification dragged, and errors had to be caught before a contract reached a partner. And a late batch was not just an internal problem: an instructor cannot be confirmed until their contract is done, so drafting that falls behind delays onboarding — and a course cannot begin without the people set to teach it.
